-POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL SITUATION IN THREE COUNTRIES IN SOUTH AMERICA AND THE FUTURE OF THESE THREE AREAS IN ONE YEAR.

In South America there exist 12 countries, each of them is characterized by having both, benefits and disadvantages in different aspects, social, economic or political. For the writing of this essay I chose Brazil, Colombia and Chile because I think are three of the countries that have more problems or advantage in different aspects. Brazil has a presidential government regime, in which the figures of the President of the Government and the Head of State coincide. The current constitution, approved in 1988, guarantees the independence of the executive, legislative and judicial branches. The presidential elections are held every 4 years, the Federal Senate is composed by 81 senators elected for periods of 8 years according to the majority principle, this camera is renewed every 4 years alternately. At the municipal level, the Municipal Chambers constitute the municipal legislative power. Their powers are limited to the municipal sphere. In the economic aspect brazil is the ninth largest economy in the world, is one of the richest countries in natural resources such as coffee, oranges and soybeans. For this same reason it attracts many multinational companies and that is a benefit for the country's economy, which keeps it in one of the highest positions in the countries with the highest economy. In the social aspect brazil is a culturally rich country that has many traditions. but it has many problems in the social aspect, some of these problems are: The organized crime, illegal immigration, poverty, the rights of the LGBT community. Brazil have many possibilities to grow but only if it emerges in all the disadvantages it presents in all its aspects. Colombia in the social aspect it’s a country with great problems since it excels in poverty and in different aspects. 46% of Colombians live in poverty and one of the things that most affects us is the lack of education. Another thing that affects the social aspect is that sometimes we just do what the government tell us to do without showing our concerns about this problematic, this take us to the political aspect in Colombia which causes a lot of controversy in the country and all over the world know that in this country many politicians are corrupt and this affects every citizen and all the responsibilities that should be taken in a way haven’t been complete. Colombia in the economical aspect present many problems because of the taxes, know that the minimum wage is not enough because of the taxes and that is why we are a poor country that cannot advance if things doesn’t change. This is a rich country in natural resources that may take advantage of it and progress economically. Chile in the social aspect, Inequality has been one of the issues that most afflicted this aspect in Chile and is part of its history. Chile in South America has always been one of the best countries economically and has managed to remain stable, 15% of poverty steel affecting the country but this is a low percentage on comparison with other south America countries. This country like every country increases and decreases in different aspects, but in this one the unemployment decreases every time the economy gets better. Chile in the political aspects Chile has a democratic stability, therefore it is considered a safe country, it has a presidential government, and it also has the three branches of power: executive, legislative and judicial. In my opinion south America countries in general have many benefits but they all should work on their disadvantages and try always to a better country.
