CAUSES OF REJECTION OF WOMEN IN SOME WORK FIELDS.

Woman is the word that is used to define the human being of the female sex. In past years, long ago woman use to have specific work to do and they were not take as power people, so they have specific charges to fulfill and sometimes man didn’t respect them and take control of them taking them as nothing. As years goes by people started recognizing the value of women and they were treated as they deserve and start showing their real power and became respected by society. Any way nowadays in many places men are still the ones who work to maintain the home and it is often difficult for women to obtain work for different reasons and also because many people doesn’t believe in them and think they are not able to take big charges or opportunities. In this essay I will be talking about three specific examples were women are rejected in work and show some solutions I think can be effective for these problems. This essay is focused on the political, religious and social aspect.  As we know many countries have a president but just a few have a woman as a president so it’s not common to see a woman as a president but this is because society think that woman are only made to take care of their children and that maybe they don’t have a way of thinking that can developed the country on the best way,  or that maybe they cant have control of a country. But why would a man be able to take control of a country and why not a woman? I think that a solution for this problem is to give the opportunity to a woman to give her position and to listen to the plan she has for the future so in this manner at least we listen and then we can judge. Another situation were woman is rejected in work is the military forces because its very hard for a woman to be general but this is because there are projections so if many woman want the work there are stablish charges that they have to take so that’s why is so difficult for a woman to gain this charge. I think that a solution might be to let the woman take the charge they want to give the opportunity for them to show that they can take control of that work and to change the mind of people about woman. Another place were women are rejected in work is the church as is common in church the priest is always a man and this occurs because it is said that god talk through them but anyway I think that god put words on everybody’s mouth and that we should also let woman talk in front of the audience to see what they have to say because not only men know gods words. A solution for this is to let woman talk and show them opinion and let them leave a teaching also to learn from them. I don’t think men are the only persons who knows about god, so we should give the opportunity to Woman. This is a situation that shouldn’t be present in any aspect because is something that really affect woman and its not correct to have wrong ways to think about someone capacity or skills , and we shouldn’t judge before letting people show their real personality and talent know that this is one of the reasons that many women are rejected at work .
