HUMAN RIGHTS IN COLOMBIA AND ALL AROUND THE WORLD
-Human rights refers to the liberties, claims and faculties of everyone.
Human rights are essential to all human beings, whatever their nationality,
place of residence, gender, national or ethnic origin, color, religion,
language, or any other status . International human rights law lays down obligations
of Governments to act in certain ways, in order to promote and protect human
rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups. Colombia is a country
where human rights are violated daily, some of these rights have been violated
by armed groups according to the current situation in which the country is
located. Rights are divided into: civil, political, economic, cultural, and
social rights. In Colombia the violation
of rights is continuously presented by illegal groups such
as the FARC, the ELN and the AUC; homicides, extortion kidnappings, massacres
and forced displacement, evidencing a clear violation of fundamental rights
such as life, liberty, human dignity and others. The most violated rights in Colombia

person must use, enjoy and dispose of their property according to the law. The
right to freedom of opinion and expression includes not to be disturbed because

them. The right to education allows individuals to acquire knowledge and thus
achieve a full social life, is vital for the economic, social and cultural
development of all societies. The right to life is one of the most violated in Colombia
and protects from being deprived of your life by third parties. The right of liberty
and the security of each person, no one will be subjected to slavery, defends
individuals so that they are not in jail by mistake, and that each one must be
free once his imposed sentence is served. Everyone has the right to freedom of
thought, conscience and religion. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
Nice and mature point of view.
